I've checked the FAQ, but found nothing on this subject.

I tried searching for the files, unmarking and resynching -> no go
I also tried manually searching the track in my playlists, unmarking it and then resynching, but also after resynching the track is still just as marked as it was.

Am I doing something wrong?

Thx!

No, there's a bug in 2.0beta11. You can still unmark from the player itself.

Actually, for me it appears to work like the bug in Wendy Filters. I can unmark a track from a playlist view and have it take, but not from a soup view or search view.

Could you elaborate? Both about the bug you mention with Wendy filters, and about the fact that unmarking works with one, but not the other.

emplode uses the same piece of code in both instances, so more information should make it easier to track down the problem.

Ah, ok. Hmmm come to think of it, this is the first time one of the bugs is eh...bugging me (oh yeah, and there's that thing where the player takes a few seconds to start playing a track once I've skipped a few - somewhat annoying, but I'm practically used to it by now)

Other than that I'm very happy with b11 so far. Nice work!

Sorry, I thought you were around for another thread where this was discussed. Here's an example: If I pull up the track in the "All tracks" view, and try to click the checkbox to apply a Wendy Filter, it won't get written to the player. If I pull up the properties again before syncing, it doesn't even show checked. BUT, if I navigate to the same song through the playlists in emplode, and open the properties there, it does work. Same thing with marking a track.

Anything else you might want to know?

For reference, Roger, he's referring to bug number 1806 in the internal Bugzilla database. I have confirmed its presence. I only confirmed it with regard to Wendy flags, I did not try it with the Mark flag.

I was on vacation last week (Hugo and I went snowboarding), so I've kind of lost track of stuff on the BBS.
